    Bakit po sakin yung supersurf200 ko 2 days bago mag-refresh. 40 mins lang po ako nanuod sa netflix ubos na po, halos messenger lang po nagagamit ko palagi sa 200 na yan.

      Hello, mas maraming data po talaga ang nagagamit ng video streaming tulad sa Netflix lalo na po kung mataas ang video quality nito. Saka may 800MB limit sa isang araw ang Supersurf offers. Mas maganda pa rin po consumable data offers tulad nang GoSURF at GoSAKTO.

    Hello, ask lang po sana kung itong supersurf200 ba ay wala po bang limit. I mean kung ilagay namen sa pocket wifi pwede po ba kaming 3 gumamit nun. At 1 more question pa po, kada araw po ba my limit yung paggamit ng internet or unlimited po ba?

      Hi, opo, may limit po s’ya na 800MB per day; magre-refresh po ito kada 12 AM midnight. Pwede rin naman po ito sa pocket wifi at maaring higit sa isa ang gumamit nang wifi hotspot.

      Depende na lang po kung heavy data user ang naka-connect; depende sa mga online activities, pwedeng mabilis po maubos ang mobile data allocation. For example, kung video streaming tulad sa youtube, nasa 5MB per minute o 300MB per hour ang magagamit sa 360p video quality sa cellphone. Kapag sa mobile games naman tulad ng Mobile Legends, nasa 50-100MB per hour ang magagamit.

      Hello, paanong hindi ‘nyo po magamit? Pwede po, paki-clarify. Kung nakatanggap po ba kayo ng notification na na-consume na yung 800MB/day na limit, babalik po sa normal speed ang mobile internet connection ‘nyo after 12:00 AM.

      Hello, pasensya po pero wala po ibang paraan kundi manual na mag-text ng SUPERSURF50 sa 8080 ang customer ‘nyo after nila maloadan ng regular load.
