How to stop or unsubscribe to GOTSCOMBODD70?

You can unsubscribe or stop your GoSAKTO subscription by texting GOSAKTO STOP to 8080. Wait for confirmation text message.

If it’s not working, send message to Globe Telecom’s customer support on their official social media pages (Messenger, Facebook or Twitter) with your concern and mobile number.

You can also contact them by calling 211 using Globe SIM in your mobile phone. At least ₱7.50 is required; no deduction.

How to extend GOTSCOMBODD70?

You can the duration of your Globe GOTSCOMBODD70/GOSAKTO70 subscription in 3 ways:

#1. Before your registration expires (the day or 1 hour before expiration), reload ₱70 then register to the same promo. Your remaining mobile data will be added to your new subscription.

The next 2 ways only extends the duration/expiration of open access or regular mobile data inclusion. This does not include the texts and free 1GB/Day FB, IG, Watch & Play.

#2. To extend its mobile data’s expiration to 15 days, reload at least ₱34 and text GOSURFBE34 to 8080.

#3. To extend its mobile data’s expiration to 30 days, reload at least ₱121 and text GOTSCOMBOGBF121 to 8080.

    Pano po pag ganito. Nag gotscombodd70 ako tapos after bago mag 7 days inextend ko via gosurfbe34. Possible ba na madagdagan ko yung data by registering gotscombod70 or 90?

      Opo. Bukod sa gotscombodd70 at gotscombodd90, pwede rin po kayo magregister sa GOTSCOMBOKEA37 na 1GB add-on. Magload lang po kayo ng at least PHP37 tapos text GOTSCOMBOKEA37 to 8080.

        Boss pwede po ba gawin na mag extend ng data ang gosurfbe34 ng dlawang beses sa isang buwan? Ganito kasi saken nagload ako ng gotscombodd90 tap0s bago mag expire eh inextend ko na sya ng gosurfbe34 gumana naman sya from my load of december 1 ang expire na nya is december 16 which is clearly na naextend sya kaso remaining data nga lang . Ito po ang katanungan ko if ever na mag extend po ako ng remaining data ko in december 14 or 15 bago mag 16 kasi expire nya 16 eh gagana po ba ung ikalawang gosurgbe34 ? Magiging december 31 po ba yung expire or hndi na pwede twice gamitin yung gosurbbe34 in a month? Pakisagot plsss salamat po

      Hello po! Once lang po! Dapat every before 15 days po pagkatapos n’yo magregister para po sigurado. Kung niregister n’yo na po ang GOSURFBE34 ngayong araw, maghintay po kayo hangang 14 or 15 days mula ngayon…

      … Kung may data pa kayo at gusto n’yo po ulit maextend ito, saka kayo magload at magregister sa GOSURFBE34. Basta hindi pa po expired ang data n’yo.

    Hello po, tanong lang, registered ako sa gotscombodd70 at may 2gb free data for youtube sya right? Pero bakit po sa regular data ko sya nababawas everytime na nanonood ako sa youtube. Pag nag WNP STATUS ako walang bawas yung 2gb ko for Gowatch and play. Please help. Thanks a lot

        Naexperience ko rin yun ganyan, hindi nacoconsume yun 2GB gowatch and games, nanonood ako netflix naubos yun regular 1GB ko, gamit ko na yun apps na Netflix nun and Youtube ganun pa din nauunang maubos yun regular 1GB. sana macheck ng developer ng promo yun concern.. thanks

    Ohmygod. I thought registering to GOSURFBE34 will EXTEND my current Gotscombodd70, but I was devastated when it said I “created my own promo” and that I received only 20 f*****g Megabytes valid for 15 f*****g days! How cool!

    Hello po and Good day! tanong lang po kasi ako dahil parati na kasi ako gumagamit ng gotscombodd70, napansin ko lang kasi kanina 12-1:30am i kept using my data tapos kaning umaga naman mga bandang 9-10:30am gumagamit pa ako but hanggang sa 10:30am at hanggang ngayong gabi ,hindi parin ako makagamit sa data ko, i checked my balance and it was from 1.04 GB from 706 mb left, i’ve kinda wondered maybe there is a capping to everyday using the 1GB data? kelangan lang ba 200mb lang ang magamit sa isang araw?

      Hello din po! Wala naman pong capping dahil ito ay consumable bulk data. Maaaring pong nagkakaganito dahil congested ang system ng Globe sa lugar n’yo. Pwede rin n’yo po restart/reboot n’yo po ang inyong phone.

    Hello po I registered to gotscombodd70 and it worked however the 2gb free watch and play does not work. Mind you they text me that I have free 2gb for watching and playing but to my surprise, after checking on my gosakto status, yung mismong 1gb data lang yung lumabas wala yung sa 2gb. Tapos eto pa po nakakaloko. After i received the text that activated na yung gotscombodd70, sa may 15,2018. Kahapon lang po ako nag paload. September 26,2018. Ngayon 598 mb na lang natira sa data ko and I was very disappointed. Ganito po ba talaga?? Is there anyway for me to get that free 2gb kasi qhat is he purpose of 1gb for 7days? Kore on games po kasi ako…

      Hello din po! Ito po ang ilan sa mga recommendations at reminders namin:

      1. Para po magamit n’yo ang free 2GB, dapat sa smartphone lang po kayo maglalaro ng games o manunuod ng videos online dahil hindi po ito magagamit kung desktop computer (with shared internet via mobile hotspot o pocket wifi).

      2. Text WNP LIST to 8080 for further checking. Ang GOSAKTO STATUS to 8080 ay para lamang na open-access data na 1GB.

      3. Check your smartphone’s data usage and the mobile apps that are using the most data. Go to Setting and navigate to ‘Data Usage’, then choose ‘GLOBE TELECOM’. Nang sa ganun po madali n’yong ma-assess at magawan ng paraan kung saan nagagamit ang mobile data allocation ng promo na niregister n’yo.

          Hello po! Matagal na pong isyu na nagkakaganyan ang FREE 2GB. Hindi n’yo po kailangan magdownload ng GoWATCH/PLAY dahil walang app na ganito… Ang dapat nyo lang po gawin ay gamitin ang youtube app at ibang apps na nabanggit para magamit ang 2GB…

          Kung hindi po gumagana ang app, subukin n’yo ang mobile site nito. Halimbawa po sa youtube, gamitin n’yo po kahit anong mobile browser na meron kayo (chrome, firefox, etc.) then type and enter ang youtube.com o m.youtube.com…

          Marami din po kasing dahilan kung bakit nagagamit ang 1GB n’yo. Siguro po naka-auto update ang ibang apps (o di kaya nakaopen ang mga apps na ito sa background, ‘yong inopen n’yo po ang isang app tapos klinik n’yo lang ang ‘back button’), GPS, o mismong operating system ng phone n’yo…

          Ito po ang mga ibang bagay na pwedeng gumamit ng 1GB na allocation ng promo. Medyo mahaba po kasi ang explanation tungkol sa mga dahilan na ‘to, search n’yo na lang po sa internet kung gusto n’yo po magbasa-basa patungkol dito at sa ibang tips para makatipid ng data. Marami po kayong mababasa doon.
