    Hi po, nag-load po ako ng EZ50 tapos 3 days validity. Then nag ez extend po ako ilang days ko po in-extend hanggang sa umabot na lang ng 3 days nakita ko po wala na akong mbs para sa watch n play. Ganun po ba talaga yon? Kahit na-extend ko na nauubos pa rin?

    Bakit di mahanap ang hotspot ng easysurf50 free wifi sa phone kahit na i-refresh? At ang sinasabing available na hotspot ay sa iba pero rito wala mahanap. Sayang naman ang free 1gb kung di magamit ang free wifi.

Kung Youtube mobile app po ang ginagamit ‘nyo, try ‘nyo po sa web browser by visiting youtube.com at dapat sa cellphone lang po ang paggamit at hindi sa computer/tablet para po magamit ang free data.

              Medyo po nakakalito ang tanong. Ano po ‘yung idadagdag na 1GB? Ganito po, kung magre-register po kayo sa bagong EASYSURF50 na hindi pa expired ang current EASYSURF50 subscription ‘nyo, pwede rin naman po.

              Bali po ‘yung remaining mobile data ‘nyo mula sa 1GB open/all access data nang currect EASYSURF50 registration ‘nyo ay madadagdag sa 1GB open/all access data nang bagong EASYSURF50 na ire-register ‘nyo. Regarding naman po sa 1GB per day na freebie, pareho pa rin po na 1GB/Day ito; magre-refresh po ito after 12 AM.

              How about ‘pag nadagdag sya but na-expire previous registration mo at the same time, yung another 1gb anjan pa rin ba or mawawala din rin sya ‘pag nag-register ka ulit? Kasi lets say hinintay mo muna ma-expire yung previous pero bago na-expire yun nadagdag na yung 1gb sa freebie.

      Kailangan malaman talaga yung mga detalye sa pagregister ninyo.
      Pwede din po kasi na hindi nag-expire ‘yung unang EZ50 na niregister mo then nag-register ka ulit sa parehong EZ50.
      Ang resulta, hindi ka eligible o maaaring kumuha ng freebies sa parehong promo na niregister mo. Ganun din sa Gosurf/Eazysurf promo variants.
      Maari ka lamang makakuha ng freebies kung nagregister ka sa masmataas sa eazysurf promo na niregister mo.

Kasi sa tingin ko magkapareho po sila sa components ng GoSURF. Kung mayroon po, select EazySURF/GoSURF > Add-ons > Add validity. Sana po makatulong.
