Reminders & FAQs:

• ₱1.00 maintaining balance is not required to use these Smart Giga Surf mobile internet, data, surf promo packages.

• ‘Concurrent Availment ‘ or registering to Gigasurf more than once at any given time is allowed.

• Smart Giga Surf’s open access mobile data inclusion is stackable. That means you can carry-over your remaining mobile data on your current active Giga Surf subscription by registering to another Gigasurf package or to the same promo variant…

… You just need to register before your active subscription expires. The remaining data will be added to the data allowance and it will follow the validity of your new Giga Surf subcription.

What happens now when my 1GB Video Every Day is used up?

You will receive a notification that your Video Every Day for the day has been fully consumed.

Streaming videos will prompt an ‘Offline‘ or ‘No connection‘ notification if you have no active data allowance. So you just need to retry or refresh the app/channel to connect.

However, if you have an active data connection, watching videos will continue but it will be charged to the active data package

How to share or send any amount of mobile data from my Gigasurf promo subscription?

You can send or share data just by texting PASADATA <space> 11-digit mobile number <space> amount you want to send in MB then send it to 808.

Example: PASADATA 09123456789 750MB (send to 808)

Smart PasaData Service Reminders:

• Smart PasaData service is only available to Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid and Talk ‘N Text (TNT) subscribers.

• ₱1.00 transaction fee will be charged for every successful PasaData transaction.

• 50MB is the minimum amount of mobile data you can share. You can share any amount greater than 50MB as long as you still have enough data MB in your Gigasurf subscription.

• 24 hours is the validity period of the shared or received mobile data regardless of the amount of it.

• Shared or received data cannot be shared or passed to others again.

• The non-open access data of 1GB/Day for Video Every Day cannot be shared or passed.

      Hello, prepaid po ba o postpaid subscriber kayo? Kapag po prepaid costumer kayo, dapat walang problema po kahit mag-register kayo nang dalawang beses. Saka yung gigi299 po ba ay giga299 o magkaiba talaga?

      Hi, i-dial ‘nyo lang po ang 11-digit Smart/TNT/Sun phone number nang tatawagan ‘nyo. Pwede rin naman po ang 63 + 10-digit phone number; example: 639987654321 (alisin ‘nyo lang po ang 0 sa unahan nang orihinal na 11-digit phone number).

          Nasubuk ‘nyo na po ba yung dalawang method? Make sure po na Smart/TNT/Sun ang phone number nang tatawagan ‘nyo. Kung may problema pa rin, mas magandang i-message ‘nyo ang concern ‘nyo sa official social platforms nila (eg., facebook/twitter).

Also will my remaining open access data follows my 30 day subscription still or will it change to just 7 days since my latest subscription will be giga99?

        Yes. It say “your account is not allowed to avail this service” btw I am currently using Signature Plan 1499 from Plan 2999 before, and I can add data anytime on top of my previous Plan.

        Local lang po. Yung sim card (smart travel) na nabili po dito ng tita ko ginamit niya noong umuwi siya ng Pinas dahil nag-tour siya dito. Since hindi na niya kailangan yung sim, binigay na lang sa akin. Pwede rin po ba sa ibang promos yung travel sim since dito lang naman ako?
