    Bakit di mahanap ang hotspot ng easysurf50 free wifi sa phone kahit na i-refresh? At ang sinasabing available na hotspot ay sa iba pero rito wala mahanap. Sayang naman ang free 1gb kung di magamit ang free wifi.

    Hi! I tried using EZ50 WNP and watched video via Netflix and YT. But upon checking my data balance, my EZ50 mb was consumed and not the free data.

    Has anyone experienced the same? And how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

      Hello, try to update your app if it’s not yet updated or try to visit their website and check your mobile data inclusion. Some may encounter a glitch like this since the new update of this inclusion is still more or less than a month.

    Hello po, pano po magamit yung Ez50 Games? Kasi naipon na po sakin 6GB na. Ang nauubos o nababawasan palagi yung pang-net kapag nag-ML po ako.

Kung Youtube mobile app po ang ginagamit ‘nyo, try ‘nyo po sa web browser by visiting youtube.com at dapat sa cellphone lang po ang paggamit at hindi sa computer/tablet para po magamit ang free data.

              Medyo po nakakalito ang tanong. Ano po ‘yung idadagdag na 1GB? Ganito po, kung magre-register po kayo sa bagong EASYSURF50 na hindi pa expired ang current EASYSURF50 subscription ‘nyo, pwede rin naman po.

              Bali po ‘yung remaining mobile data ‘nyo mula sa 1GB open/all access data nang currect EASYSURF50 registration ‘nyo ay madadagdag sa 1GB open/all access data nang bagong EASYSURF50 na ire-register ‘nyo.     Hello po, nag-subscribe ako sa easy surf 50. 1GB lang natanggap ko, walang freebies na 300 tsaka ‘yung 2GB. Nire-register ko din yung EZ50 FB. Wala po ako natatanggap. Nag data bal ako. 1GB lang talaga.
